Recruitment has become an industry of volume. We do the opposite: tools save time on sourcing and screening, but a consultant meets, challenges and stands behind every candidate. You never receive a machine-generated list, only a considered shortlist with a reasoned view on each name.
We are based in Lyon and know the Lyon recruitment market and the local business community, and we also source across France when the role calls for it. Our ground is tech, SaaS and cybersecurity: tight markets where the quality of the approach decides the outcome.
